Position: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLE
In collaboration with production and sales teams, you will be responsible for preparing tender documents and submissions for clients. You will also manage the procurement supply chain for Nummax's purchases and products/services.
• Analyze and review client and supplier submissions, plans, and documents
• Prepare tender documents
• Prepare client proposals and submissions
• Calculate costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers
• Update price calculation grids
• Develop and maintain good relationships with partners
• Prepare special reports on new products and trends offered by suppliers
• Directly control component costs
• Verify inventory levels of components
• Update technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications
• Manage the entire purchase order process
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in a technical field (building mechanics, electrical, engineering)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an estimator or buyer
• Excellent knowledge of French and English
• Understanding of construction documents and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret tender documents
• Team player
• Negotiation skills and good communication
• Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Solidwork and Autocad 3D drawing software
